At The BS Store, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders roughly take 3-4 weeks from order placement to arrive at your door. This does not apply to high volume orders. For shipping time on high volume orders we will contact you direclty.

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excludig weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to seller. If items are returned to us we will not reship out.

  • The BS Store is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to take pictures of damaged package and save all pakaging materials until your claim is finalized.



The Small Print

Due to the nature of our products being custom/handmade we are not able to offer returns. However, if a product has an error due to our fault we will make it right by sending you a new one out.
